Chris and Angela's wedding was an extra special one for me. I have been very fortunate to know Angela and her beautiful family for several year now. Our friendship started in Florida when they live near the emerald coast. When Angela asked me to be their photographer for their North Carolina Wedding, I was through the roof excited to help them capture this very special event. Angela and Chris at the time of this wedding had already been married to each other for about 5 years and there wedding was going to be their dream wedding that they had been saving and planing for. Now this made being their wedding photographer even more special for me.

Something that I try to tell all couples is that there is no such thing as a perfectly flowing day. There is alway something that doesn't go as planned. I also like to point out that it’s okay to have those unplanned moments. It’s the unplanned moments that make each wedding day unique and extra special. The unplanned moments always adds to the wedding day story. For Angela, the earrings that she had ordered did not make it to her on time. After she had her makeup done, Angela and her mom went on a jewelry hunt and searched for a pair at a few of the local stores. This one, simple, unplanned moment will be something that I think Angela and her mom will cherish for many years to come.

There were a lot very special details sprinkled throughout their day that I was very fortunate to photograph. One very unique detail was that Angela had purchased two wedding dresses. One of the dresses she had bought 5 years prior to their big wedding but she never got wear that dress the down the aisle. The second was a dress that she bought for this current wedding. Both dresses unique and beautiful and Angela looked stunning in both.

When I started my journey into wedding photography, I started taking pictures in Nebraska were I got to see a lot of beautiful rustic farm weddings. When Angela was telling me about the venue she had found, my imagination could not even touch how amazing it was. They found a beautiful fully refinished farm in Sanford, North Carolina called Sugarneck Farm. The Sugarneck cabin was rustic with an elegant twist and lots of little details that gave it the very high end feel. I was blown away impressed by how well and beautifully decorated the whole property was. Angela, her family, and friends all worked very hard and put together a stunning event not missing any details.

Chris was met at the end of the aisle by Angela's brother who preceded over their ceremony. Angela was walked down the aisle by her handsome twin boys and met at the end by her husband, friends and family.
