Those who live in the Florida Panhandle and often visit the beach would call the Starkey’s wedding day a "perfect beach day". On this particular day at Miramar Beach Florida, it was Florida warm out, with hardly a cloud in the sky, the ocean was calm, with the perfect shade of emerald blue, and the breeze barely kissed the skin. It was perfect!

The ceremony was simple in nature but lavished in loving embrace.

Amanda and Kenny surrounded themselves by the people who cherish them and would support them always.

I could feel the joy and encouragement in the atmosphere as I photographed their beautiful Beach wedding ceremony. As Amanda and Kenny stood and proclaimed their love for each other I could see the support that surrounded them was true and every guest was almost as excited for this union as the happy couple themselves were.

Kenny and Amanda's wedding was fill with extra blessings. They brought their two beautiful families together and joined them in the most beautiful way.

The happy couple and their family surrounded each other with hearts filled to the brim with joy and eyes leaking happy tears. It was refreshing to see and take pictures of this family and their very eagerness to embrace the future together especially knowing that their future will alway be better with one another.

A wedding to me is not about the big production. Although, even the smallest weddings are a lot of work. I think in the core of it all, what matters the most is the commitment being made between two individuals. They decide to share one life together, to share the good, the bad, the ugly, the wonderful, and everything in-between.

Mark 10:7-9

“For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh.’  So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.”
